Genus Angulorostrum

Diagnosis
Species of the subfamily Pseudophilomedinae in which the second segment of the first antenna carries only a single dorsal seta. The caudal furca has 7 to 9 claw setae that decrease in length and width posteriorly and the third claw is not weaker than the fourth. The frontal organ is segmented and quite elongate.

Remarks
Kornicker, 1981 attributed three species to this genus and suggested that the carapace shape of Streptoleberis rectirostris indicates that it, too, may be a member of this genus although the relevant details of its limbs are not known.
