Diagnosis
Length female 1.24-1.27mm, male 1.27mm. Shallow water species surrounded by taxonomic confusion (Kornicker, 1974). This or closely related species have been recorded from Plymouth Sound, Loch Long, and the Isle of Cumbrae as well as from the Mediterranean.
Remarks
This is one of the fifteen species within the Cypridinidae which are not keyed-out in this program.
